Yes. The STR program accepts AirDNA income projections in most cases — you don't need 12 months of actual rental history to qualify. We use the projected gross annual revenue from AirDNA to calculate your debt service coverage.

Both are long-term 30-year loans underwritten on property income. The DSCR Rental program uses long-term rental rates (typically from a lease or market rent estimate). The STR program uses short-term rental income projections via AirDNA, which tends to produce higher gross revenue numbers for Airbnb-appropriate properties in strong vacation rental markets.

Yes. Cash-out and rate-term refinances are both available. If you've been operating an STR and have income history — or if AirDNA projections support the debt service — you can refinance into a 30-year fixed STR loan to stabilize your financing and pull equity.

Strong STR loan performance comes from markets with established short-term rental demand — coastal markets, ski towns, urban tourist destinations, and vacation rental hubs. AirDNA coverage is important — markets with strong AirDNA data are easiest to underwrite. Rural properties are available but at lower LTVs (typically 70%).
